Patrick Henry Mall is the dominant enclosed shopping center on the Hampton Roads peninsula between Norfolk & Richmond, Va. The center is located on Jefferson Avenue, with direct access from I-64. The mall completed an extensive interior and exterior renovation in late 2005, which included the addition of a Dick’s Sporting Goods store, Red Robin Restaurant and Bailey’s Pub & Grille.
